yes but studies are showing most predators at the time arms were actually shrinking?!?!??!?!?!

Life cannot be contained, it breaks walls, crashes through barriers sometimes painfully, but uh... Life uh, finds a way

I know that arms were shrinking. It was still a disadvantage. T-Rex was likely smart for a large carnivore, and it was built for combat.
