The latest Jurassic picture has officially secured a nomination at the 24th annual Visual Effects Society Awards for Outstanding Visual Effects in a Photoreal Feature! Rebirth delivered world-class visuals, setting a higher bar than the previous few Jurassic installments, with many fans having praised the film's improved visuals and sense of realism – something many felt was missing from the previous World trilogy.

Jurassic World Rebirth sequel
The sequel to Rebirth is in development with filming expected to commence by the Fall of 2026. With Gareth Edwards expected to return to helm the sequel and lead star Scarlett Johansson reprising her role as well, the next Jurassic entry will continue the story from where Rebirth left off.
