well colin hasn't been tweeting lately which isn't actually strange for a producer of jp, they have many a thing to do and dont tend to have time for twitter a lot unless its dire they answer it

JP4 is still in production, just delayed. Some adjustments are being made to the script presumably, but that should only take a little while. On top of that, perhaps some technical errors occurred. Either way, it's still happening, just probably not when we thought.
