My favorite is probably Jurassic Fight Club. Accurate, yet bloody. Dinosaur Planet, When Dinosaurs Roamed America, and Walking With Dinosaurs were also very good.

Jurassic fight club. Unfortunately I haven't seen the other ones except the walking with dinosaurs. Although chased by dinosaurs and prehistoric park are also really good.

Chased By Dinosaurs was pretty decent. I've only seen bits and pieces of Prehistoric Park though.
