Everyone Disappeared....

Has anyone else noticed how silent it has been around here lately? Seriously. Read any of the FBR posts and then read, say, Afrovenator vs Therizinosaurus. Both are very high quality fights and, sure, Afrovenator and Therizinosaurus don't have the star power of Spinosaurus or T. rex, but still, there is a HUGE difference in comments. Only four different people commented on Afrovenator vs Therizinosaurus, while around 25 different people commented on FBR 3. Notice that Spinosaurus Rex, Future Paleontologist, Dinosaur.Fanatic, Spyrannosaurus, Paden, Rex Killer, Philosiraptor, Carnotitan and myself, while still occasionally present, comment far less than usual now. And whatever happened to all of the other people that were around a few months ago? Everyone just kind of disappeared. The only users I see on here every single day I check in are Rex Fan, Deltadromeus, Mr Happy and Dino Fights. Does anyone have any idea why everyone faded out around a two months ago?

I have noticed this as well, FBR 4 along with the rest of the season was delayed and i think ill delay it again, due to the lack of fans on... I know there hasnt been any news of JP4 thats important... But we've got some pretty important stuff going on here still... Also, I'm on every day, but i don't comment much... Don't worry, this will be corrected... My guess to why theres a lack of people is the lack of news and the lack of uh... um spreading? Something like that, we've only received small little blots of news, often not much about JP4 thus I think about maybe a month ago, people stopped checking in because there wasn't anything new... Give it time... we'll see some people again... of course... we've hit a new low in consistent members on... kinda sad with all the stuff we're doing on here going under the radar...

Ladies and gentlemen... we are on the verge of collapse... We either need to get more fans in here... or we need to do something great.... With jp4 scheduled for 2015 we're losing people at an astonishing rate... We need something bold some sort of news...

I agree. The new school year is coming up too and some of the younger members may be on less because of that.

It's probably school and the lack of news. School hasn't started (for me) yet, but it has been busy. I am going to the high school tomarrow, but I always check at night.

A combination of school, lack of news, boredom with discussions? Sometimes discussions can be repetitive (Spino vs Rex, anyone?) but it's sad people are missing out on stories as excellent as Deltadromeus' and Rex Fan's. I will be putting extra effort into season 3, so hopefully things will pick up soon...

i feel that only the uber fans remain, like myself. However, many of these fans more than likely don't post anything, such as myself. News is the only factor, I believe, that will bring in more fans more often.

Me too. I really hope something big happens to this site, aka, team raptor. I'm talking to you Chris! And I'm doing high school math and middle school everything else. I'm still a consistent member. Even when I was gone all day today.

Yeah, the first week of school can be a bitch, luckily up here in the great white north we don't start until september... FBR was created during the school year so I think it can hold out... (only if im not buried in homework again) I actually haven't seen many spino fans around lately... nor S. Rex...

You want a Spino fan? Hello, Paden. ;) Rest assured, all, that fans are still around. Like a few others said, school is the main factor. My junior year of high school just started, and I already have tons to do. I try to stay consistent and read posts, but I don't always have time to post. The forums are not failing, and the lack of news or updates on JP4 are not to blame. Fans are here, we are just busy!

I'm starting my junior year too. Actually, I start next week. Vo-Tech, Vocational Technology, has started for me already though. I try to be on as much as possible. I usually post something or comment.

I'm on after school. I'm in middle school, but really I get Soren when I do all my work. That means I'm normally done at ten, haha. I try to make it on every day, but when I have a very busy Tuesday, I can't make it

Last year, my chemistry teacher wanted me to bring in Jurassic Fight Club to watch in class. I have no idea what fighting dinosaurs has to do with chemistry, but hey, I got to watch dinosaurs battle all throughout class, haha

I think I have a solution to our problems,people come her to talk about mostly dinosaurs so we must start more discussions to lure people in,also I think we should expand from dinosaurs and start including sea-reptiles and Pterosaurs.
