Will Jurassic World be a "reboot" or a sequel?

Since the movie is not officially being called Jurassic Park IV, and is now called Jurassic World. Do you think this is a reboot, or maybe just a long delayed sequel?

most sequels are released within a few years (2-4) of the previous film, JP3 was released 2001ish, and its currently 2013... well, thats over 12 years... It's a reboot or the franchise,
