Indiana, just upload the image to Imgur, TinyPic or photobucket, then right click on the image itself and copy it, then paste it to the page here. Directly paste it onto the page, no need to choose any settings, it will size and center itself. If you need any help link it to me in a PM and ill post it for you. :)
