Cryptic Compy Conundrum Day 3!

 

For whoever wins, here are the rules:

Rules:

#1: It has to be solvable.

#2: After two hours of the CCC being created you can give a hint if no one solves it. But no hints before that.

#3: It has to be dinosaur related.

Here's mine-

 

A Brazilian dinosaur (illeglly collected) that loved to fish. It lived in the Cretaceous Peroid and the person who discovered it was probably having a bad day (except it was named so because of something else entirely).
