Dr. Alan Grant in a commercial?

Hi everyone, I've been seeing a commercial advertising Geico. In this commercial you hear someone sing "It's the final count down!". The guy who sings it looks like the guy who played Dr, Alan Grant in the Jurassic Park series. Is it really him or a look a like?
