Carnotaurus vs Majungasaurus

Hello everybody just thought I would ask you all what you think the outcome of a fight between a carnotaurus and a Majungasaurus. Both are fully grown to the maximum size they grow too and are both in prime condition fighting condition and both are healthy. :)
