British actor and filmmaker Dev Patel has been rumored to play a role in Gareth Edwards' upcoming Jurassic World 4! Initially reported by Daniel Richtman, relayed by our friends at Jurassic Outpost, Patel's casting has not yet been confirmed but his involvement would only add to the next Jurassic film's star power.
Dev Patel is known most recently for his role acting in and directing the film Monkey Man and has starred in other films such as The Last Airbender, The Green Knight and Slumdog Millionaire.
Character details and casting confirmation have yet to be revealed, but as we learn more we'll keep you updated!

Jurassic World Rebirth sequel
The sequel to Rebirth is in development with filming expected to commence by the Fall of 2026. With Gareth Edwards expected to return to helm the sequel and lead star Scarlett Johansson reprising her role as well, the next Jurassic entry will continue the story from where Rebirth left off.
