Over Twitter last night, actor Omar Sy expressed excitement in announcing his inclusion with the Jurassic World cast! Director Colin Trevorrow also gave Omar a shout out on Twitter, congratulating him and welcoming him to the project. You can see Omar's tweet below:

Omar will be joining castmates Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Ty Simpkins, Nick Robinson and BD Wong in Hawaii next month as filming for Jurassic World gets started! Some early production has already begun, with images of the test shoot leaking online last week!

Jurassic World Rebirth sequel
The sequel to Rebirth is in development with filming expected to commence by the Fall of 2026. With Gareth Edwards expected to return to helm the sequel and lead star Scarlett Johansson reprising her role as well, the next Jurassic entry will continue the story from where Rebirth left off.
